Required Documents

On January 29, 2024 the Trails West Board reviewed and approved an updated “Rules and Requirements for Field Trips” and the “Trails West Liability Release Form” needed for any Field Trip.

The Liability form will be handed out by the trip leader and is to be signed at the start of the trip.

The Emergency Contact Form. This form is not required, but highly recommended. It is to be filled out, put in a sealed envelope and placed in the vehicle’s glove box or center console. No one will see it except in case of emergency.
